Kayla R. Hanley MSW, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has grown up in a law enforcement household and spent the majority of my career working with officers and their loved ones. I collaborate with police to improve mental health outcomes for those they serve and to develop creative ways to support first-responder mental health and well-being. I also have a private practice focused on treating trauma and moral injury among first responders, as well as working with their loved ones, which makes my lens and experience for working with police multi-faceted. My professional and personal experience with the police has shown me the effects of protecting and serving the community. These experiences are my reason for working with police officers and their loved ones, a community I am proud to be a part of.
